We’ve been working on clinical data since 2019, on a single conviction: the evidence to improve care already exists in every clinic — it’s just locked inside notes, labs and scans, in formats no one can use. Our mission is to unlock it.
Mycoach closes that gap. We capture records at the point of care, structure them automatically into one longitudinal database, extend care to patients through a branded agent, and turn the resulting real-world data back into evidence. One foundation, one loop — so every encounter compounds.
We go deep before we go wide. Our anchor is neuromuscular disease, where continuous tracking matters most, and we expand into new specialties through the partnerships we already hold.
