We’ve been working on clinical data since 2019, on a single conviction: the evidence to improve care already exists in every clinic — it’s just locked inside notes, labs and scans, in formats no one can use. Our mission is to unlock it.
Mycoach closes that gap with two data loops. The retrospective loop structures your charts into one longitudinal registry; the prospective loop extends care to patients through your practice's own branded assistant and files every answer back into the same registry. The registry then returns the 2 things a practice can bank: patients who stay, and research without evenings.
We go deep before we go wide. Our anchor is neuromuscular disease, where continuous tracking matters most, and we expand into new specialties through the partnerships we already hold.
